Guitar Center is looking for a Consumer Insights Manager to lead customer research and help teams make better, more informed decisions. This role is responsible for planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research, managing Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts, and translating findings into clear recommendations for the business. You’ll work closely with partners across marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, and store operations to ensure customer insights are practical, actionable, and aligned to business goals. This is a hands-on role that blends research execution with strategic thinking.
