Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins. The DevOps Manager combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, solutions‑driven leadership style. In this role, you will own the strategy, tooling, and operational excellence of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and Azure enterprise platforms. You’ll lead the charge in building secure, scalable, automated systems that power Finance, Supply Chain, and Data operations — ensuring our business-critical environments remain reliable, high-performing, and ready to grow with the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering
  • 3+ years leading DevOps or Platform teams
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience managing or supporting Dynamics 365 ERP environments (F&O or CE preferred)
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Experience administering Power Platform environments using PPAC
  • Expertise building Git-based CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Comfortable with IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
  • Background supporting mission-critical, high-availability enterprise systems
  • A proactive leader who seeks opportunities to add value and elevate platform maturity

Responsibilities

  • Own DevOps strategy, governance, and operational excellence for D365 and related ERP workloads
  • Design and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
  • Build and optimize Git-based CI/CD pipelines for D365, integrations, and custom engineered solutions
  • Drive automation-first practices across deployments, testing, monitoring, and recovery
  • Administer and operationalize Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management, updates, and diagnostics
  • Oversee governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management for Power Platform environments via PPAC
  • Partner with Data teams to support Microsoft Fabric pipelines and analytics platforms
  • Ensure availability, resilience, DR/BCP readiness, and compliance for Tier‑1 ERP systems
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ERP, Security, Engineering, and Data leaders
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, documentation, and operational insights
  • Promote best practices in automation, platform reliability, and cloud-native engineering
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to deliver results aligned with Four Hands' strategic objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, encouraging idea sharing and best practices
  • Foster individual growth and skill enhancement through regular feedback, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Monitor progress towards goals through regular check-ins and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to analyze performance outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions
