About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager for the Transactional Sales Division will lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of the division’s organic and paid social presence in support of home entertainment priorities. This role translates high-level strategy into high-performing campaigns by managing content calendars, optimizing engagement, and ensuring best-in-class execution across platforms. Working cross-functionally with creative, media, sales, and franchise teams, the manager will focus on driving awareness, engagement, and transactional conversion across digital channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, metrics and emerging trends
  • Expertise in organic social media strategy, content development, and monetization models
  • Experience analyzing social performance metrics
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Passion for entertainment, WB library, emerging digital trends and driving innovation
  • Knowledge of project management tools or interest in learning new skillsets

Responsibilities

  • Execute organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain content calendars aligned to release priorities, promotional windows, and catalog moments.
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly reporting recaps highlighting insights and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, video views, saves, shares)
  • Oversee Meta monetization strategies, converting high-engagement organic and paid content into direct revenue streams.
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and platform-native opportunities to drive relevance.
  • Partner with paid media teams to align messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Track performance and collaborate on optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Ensure paid and organic efforts work cohesively to maximize campaign impact.
