About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, Digital Media to lead the day-to-day operations of our email/CRM program for VIZIO. This role owns Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) processes that keep customer communications accurate, stable, and compliant. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, data, analytics, and IT teams to support email operations, lifecycle initiatives, and ongoing email strategy development. What you'll do... Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SFMC (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder); additional experience with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, Braze, or AppsFlyer a plus.
  • Expertise in complex data environments and multi-source data integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for high-stakes, time-sensitive communications.
  • Organized, methodical approach to workflow, documentation, and governance.
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years’ experience in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own email audience creation, data hygiene, segmentation, personalization, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) workflows.
  • Lead development of email strategy across multiple key products launches and business priorities.
  • Oversee automated, triggered, journey-based, and mass email deployments.
  • Monitor deliverability, troubleshoot issues, and resolve platform breakages, leveraging Salesforce support team for escalations.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards with Analytics partners.
  • Lead partnership with IT to ensure data compliance, governance, and opt-in/opt-out accuracy.
  • Document processes and maintain operational governance to reduce risk as programs scale.
  • Build and maintain data mapping that supports multiple brands and customer journeys.
