About The Position

As a Manager, you’ll be part of our End User Programming Team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Support the development and execution of Distributor and Consumer eRebates programs. Dive deep into the analysis of redemption performance, leveraging data and insights (and your own analysis) to plan future promotions Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization, including Finance, Brand, Legal, Commercial & Industrial Sales, Residential Construction Sales, and Product Establish metrics and track program/promotional effectiveness. Recommend changes and improvements as needed. Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage and forecast promotions, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing. Makes sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce and other databases, SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and other tools for reporting
  • Quantitative mindset – You can look at data and see the story it’s telling
  • Able to dive into a challenge, bring in more info if needed, and craft a solution
  • Experience guiding / leading / informing groups of people.
  • A minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience with a record of demonstrated achievement.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal, conflict management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to reprioritize on the fly
