As a Manager, you’ll be part of our End User Programming Team working as a hybrid employee.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce and other databases, SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and other tools for reporting
  • Quantitative mindset – You can look at data and see the story it’s telling
  • Able to dive into a challenge, bring in more info if needed, and craft a solution
  • Experience guiding / leading / informing groups of people.
  • A minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience with a record of demonstrated achievement.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal, conflict management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to reprioritize on the fly

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Distributor and Consumer eRebates programs.
  • Dive deep into the analysis of redemption performance, leveraging data and insights (and your own analysis) to plan future promotions
  • Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization, including Finance, Brand, Legal, Commercial & Industrial Sales, Residential Construction Sales, and Product
  • Establish metrics and track program/promotional effectiveness.
  • Recommend changes and improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage and forecast promotions, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing.
  • Makes sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L.
