About The Position

Enterprise Reporting and Analytics is a key driver of Rugs USA’s success and integral to growing sales and profitability. As the Manager of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics you will play a pivotal role in developing a holistic picture of the business performance. This role will have broad exposure and an opportunity to forge the new reporting and analytics capabilities for Rugs USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree a plus
  • 4 to 6 years experience working in a retail or ecommerce business
  • Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI required
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R
  • Excellent data analysis and analytical skills and comfort analyzing very large data sets
  • Expert using Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience creating forecasts is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise reporting functions and capabilities for the organization.
  • Provide regular weekly and monthly updates to partners on business sales performance
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations to drive growth and performance
  • Incorporate new data sources into existing reporting infrastructure
  • Manage and update data architecture in reporting tools; including managing and updating the code base for data ingestion and organization
  • Foster working relationship with IT department on opportunities to enhance reporting and proactively adjust reporting for ongoing IT infrastructure updates
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop reporting capabilities to support different functions including, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Channel teams
  • Provide analytical support to key initiatives on the impact to the overall business by channel and brand
  • Work with partners to create new dashboards and visualizations to support ongoing corporate goals
  • Troubleshoot any issues with reporting and implement fixes to keep reporting up and running
