About The Position

Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery. Organize daily activities based on organizational goals. Develop and implement new programs that support objectives. Monitor projects and oversee project managers. Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses. Develop program budgets and plans. Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. Improve strategies with the marketing team. Roll out and embed standardized frameworks, processes, templates, and tools to enable execution excellence across the enterprise. Develop clear “how-to” guides, templates, and communication materials that support consistent adoption and usage across functions. Drive the ongoing evolution of program and project management capabilities in alignment with best practices. Build, configure, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable transparency, performance tracking, and informed decision-making. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes. Support execution rigor by ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational planning, business management, or strategic execution within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong background in process management, data visualization, and reporting, with hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Power BI or Tableau).
  • Demonstrated technical fluency, with the ability to translate business requirements into workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions, and to partner effectively with technical teams when deeper system support is required.
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into structured execution plans, operational frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced certification (e.g., program management, analytics, or process excellence) preferred.
