This role is crucial in building and evolving the marketing measurement, attribution, and optimization framework that allows the organization to scale its performance and brand efforts across various channels. Working closely with the Marketing team and reporting to the VP, Marketing, this highly visible position demands a unique combination of marketing strategy, data science, and growth expertise. You will lay the analytical groundwork that informs investment decisions, enhances efficiency, and extracts deep insights into customer behavior through innovative data approaches.

Requirements

7+ years in data science or marketing analytics roles with a focus on growth marketing
Deep technical skills in attribution modeling and marketing measurement
Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to marketing problems
Fluency in SQL and proficiency in working with complex datasets
Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics technology stacks
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with insights and recommendations
Strong project leadership and strategic execution capabilities
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills

Responsibilities

Drive advanced analytics, AI-powered marketing measurement, and experimentation at scale
Develop and maintain advanced attribution models, including multi-touch and incrementality-based methods
Lead experimentation design to measure campaign impact and optimize marketing spend
Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders
Partner with Marketing leadership for budget allocation and long-term growth planning
Own the evolution of marketing analytics tools and ensure data quality
Stay updated on industry changes in privacy, AI, and experimentation
