Requirements

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • A stable work history with a track record of commitment and reliability
  • Strong people skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers
  • Confidence making decisions and solving problems
  • A team-first mindset and natural leadership ability
  • Comfort using social media to connect with customers and promote the store

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience with jewelry, luxury goods, pawnbroking, or retail sales is a plus, but leadership ability and strong character are just as important.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with customers and creating a welcoming store environment
  • Supporting daily store operations including buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles as well as other items
  • Helping coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Participating in community engagement and store promotion through social media and special events
  • Assisting with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
  • Learning leadership skills needed to grow into a future management role
