About The Position
Position Summary... Lead onboarding and incubation for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) sellers, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and long-term growth. This role partners across WFS and the broader Marketplace organization to solve operational challenges, deliver data-driven insights, and enhance the seller experience for large, complex accounts. About the Team: The WFS Incubation Account Management team enables Marketplace sellers to successfully adopt and scale within Walmart Fulfillment Services. The team works cross-functionally across Product, Operations, and Commercial partners to remove barriers, improve onboarding processes, and drive seller performance. This role directly impacts seller satisfaction, operational excellence, and WFS growth.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex seller or client onboarding programs within eCommerce, fulfillment, or marketplace environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate multi-source data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and third-party tools supporting fulfillment or marketplace operations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience developing talent through coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
- 3 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
- Prior work experience in eCommerce.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for SMB WFS sellers, from pre-sales engagement through successful integration and launch.
- Analyze seller performance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within WFS.
- Guide sellers on WFS tools, APIs, policies, third-party integrations, and operational best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues while driving continuous improvement across WFS processes.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute business plans, remove performance barriers, and enhance the overall WFS seller experience.

- San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
- Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 | Bellevue, Washington US-11075: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
