Your role: As the Upstream Marketing Manager, Connectivity Solutions and Services you will lead defining connectivity roadmap needs and evolve connectivity services strategy and best practices for Front Line Care products. You will identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in this area. Using your cross functional leadership skills, you will partner with upstream product management teams, downstream marketing teams, service, and R&D to develop and execute the strategic management and growth of our connectivity solutions. This role will serve as the connectivity subject matter expert for vitals connectivity solutions and remote service capabilities. You will lead upstream marketing activities for connectivity solutions and services and define future connectivity roadmap needs. You will lead go to market and launch activities for new connectivity releases supporting the patient monitoring portfolio and remote service offering. This position will collaborate with relevant upstream product managers, regional marketing, R&D, quality, regulatory, and service, as well as other internal and external stakeholders for the assigned areas of the overall connectivity portfolio and strategy. They will align on the customer segmentation and targeting strategy, and optimize deployment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in healthcare software, medical devices or related field preferred
  • Upstream marketing experience, including New Product Development (NPD), customer insight, marketing strategy, innovation, and product launch.
  • Experience developing user needs to inform product requirements for new technologies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, and growth mindset
  • Proven ability to influence others and communicate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker who also can act tactically to drive and deliver results
  • Strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel 25%

Responsibilities

  • Drives future primary care connectivity requirements across all categories
  • Manages FLC roadmap for DeviceBridge, Connex CS, and service software tools
  • Leads FLC launches for new partner interfaces, new connectivity features, and new connected service offerings
  • Drive the geographic expansion commercialization strategy for FLC remote service offerings including input into both product requirements and commercial deployment capabilies for increased penetration
  • Identify deployment best practices for connected solutions globally
  • Look for new revenue streams, business models (ie service/SAAS/etc) and business opportunities around connected solutions
  • Communicate key milestones, deliverables, and progress to cross functional stakeholders ensuring transparency and visibility
  • Train commercial teams on new offerings as needed
