About The Position

Samsung is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and personable mid-level Sales Account Manager for our Flash Storage & Solid State Drive (SSD) and DRAM sales team. You will support all aspects of sales and business development with the customer. This position offers hands-on experience interacting with marketing, technical marketing, product planning, and sales teams. You will work directly with the customer and assist in negotiations with both external and internal teams. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must be a fast learner and an effective communicator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or an Engineering-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the memory and storage field (NAND and DRAM required).
  • Ability to travel, including at least one international trip per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
  • Manage and grow relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to further Samsung’s footprint within the customer account.
