The Manager – Merchandising Experiences supports the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies that influence customer choice and drive conversion across in restaurant ordering channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this role translates strategy and insight into clear, executable merchandising and ordering experience plans across national and test initiatives. This leader partners cross functionally to ensure shopper programs are operationally sound, brand aligned and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and the customer decision journey
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, merchandising, or related roles
  • Experience supporting multi‑unit retail or restaurant environments

Responsibilities

  • Translate shopper strategy into executable marketing experiences
  • Support the development of shopper marketing plans for at restaurant product promotions, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable experience and merchandising recommendations across ordering channels.
  • Own day to day execution impact of shopper marketing experiences
  • Partner with Finance and Insights to assess sales impact, conversion lift, and ROI of shopper marketing experiences, ensuring programs deliver measurable business results.
  • Support ordering experience and merchandising optimization
  • Apply shopper insight and performance data to help ensure ordering journeys are intuitive, clear, and friction reducing, contributing to improved conversion and guest ease.
  • Analyze performance and support test and learn efforts
  • Support analysis of shopper behavior, merchandising effectiveness, and program performance, contributing to post campaign reviews, test learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Contribute to business cases and performance readouts for national and test initiatives, translating execution results into clear implications for future investment decisions.
  • Partner cross functionally and with agencies
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, Digital, and agency partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and strong execution of shopper marketing experiences.
