The Manager – Marketing Experiences plays a critical leadership role in shaping the holistic consumer experience for our marketing calendar initiatives. Reporting to the Director – Marketing Experiences, this role ensures every initiative comes to life seamlessly across all consumer touchpoints—both on premise and off premise. This leader will collaborate with Brand Strategy, Channel Leads, and cross-functional partners to align experience goals and ensure cohesive execution. They will serve as the singular creative voice for all marketing experience work, directing external agencies and ensuring all work is brand-right, insight-driven, and strategically aligned.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, design, or related field
  • 7–10 years in marketing, brand experience, creative strategy, or related roles
  • Experience leading cross‑channel integrated marketing campaign development
  • Strong ability to collaborate with creative agencies and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of consumer journeys and creative production processes
  • Ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of holistic marketing experiences for calendar initiatives across all channels.
  • Serve as the primary creative lead for all external agency work tied to marketing experiences.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Channel Leads to translate strategy into experience briefs.
  • Present experience strategies and creative concepts to leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the consumer journey and recommend improvements.
