Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have two years' direct exerpeience in a large multiplesite Medicare certified home health and hospice agency.
- Must have demonstrated experience in home health and hospice from a clinical, operational, and/or management perspective.
- Must have customer support experience, including support of end-users.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Experience must include the use and application of the HCHB software.
Nice To Haves
- Management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Enhabit Home Health & Hospice (company).
- Responsible for analyzing software functionality and determining, along with the leadership team, how it applies and should be utilized to support the company’s policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assists in overseeing the implementation of these processes across the branches, and educates on quality use.
