Role Summary: The Manager of Marketing Communications owns EIM’s brand voice, narrative, and communications strategy across internal and external audiences. This role ensures EIM’s story is told clearly, consistently, and credibly through brand messaging, executive communications, internal alignment, and external storytelling. This role serves as the brand steward and communications lead for EIM, partnering closely with marketing leadership, executives, HR, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear messaging and coordinated communications. The Manager of Marketing Communications enables other marketing teams with frameworks, guidance, and standards while maintaining strong quality control and narrative consistency.
