We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Operations & Employee Experience to join our Specialty Care North America (SPC NA) Strategy and Operations team as we continue to scale and evolve our portfolio of enterprise initiatives. The Strategy and Operations Office is growing to support the transformation of operations, enterprise programs, and leadership experiences across Specialty Care North America. This role will work closely with Strategy & Operations team serving as a key execution and program delivery partner across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. This position is execution-focused by design, with responsibility for overseeing program logistics, vendor coordination, and operational delivery while supporting broader program management and cross-functional initiatives.
