Department OverviewOur Corporate Home Office has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager supporting markets based in the Denver Field Office. The person in charge of the PMO leads Operations Deployment activities in the Denver Field Office. This includes advising and developing a local team of Deployment Consultants. This role is a frequent collaborator with other functions within Operations and serves as a strategic advisor to key Field Office leadership partners. The position handles the schedule of local deployments and develops implementation plans. It defines Field Office roles and responsibilities and leads deployment activities. This ensures effective completion of national and local operations initiatives across a large geographic territory. The PMO Manager plays a meaningful role in bridging Corporate/Home Office priorities with field execution while driving consistent operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Operations Deployment activities within the Denver Field Office territory.
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Deployment Consultants, including performance management and talent development.
  • Build detailed deployment plans for new initiatives, process improvements, and operational system upgrades.
  • Partner with Business Integration, National Operations Directors, and Field Office Leadership to sequence initiative rollouts according to business priorities and field capacity.
  • Own and manage the local deployment calendar and implementation plans for assigned markets.
  • Conduct PMO processes at the Field Office level to plan, monitor, and track execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identify, resolve, and bring up deployment risks, bottlenecks, and impediments to ensure timelines are met.
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate/Home Office and field leadership, including owner‑operators, to support effective execution of initiatives.
  • Use operational and business indicators to guide conversations, drive accountability, and support performance management.
  • Influence and collaborate with leaders across multiple levels, including Directors and VPs, while navigating field‑level nuances.
  • Support training and adoption of operational improvements in partnership with national and field teams.
