The Manager, Performance Marketing plays a critical role in driving revenue growth across The Princeton Review’s core test prep and tutoring products. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role owns in-platform execution across paid search, paid social, Reddit ads, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing programs. This position is responsible for turning strategy into performance. You will manage day-to-day optimization, budget allocation, testing roadmaps, and channel performance to ensure every marketing dollar delivers measurable return. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across key product lines.
