Role Overview The Manager, Planning Excellence will play a critical role in enabling Newell’s strategic imperatives by driving execution of demand and supply planning capabilities across segments. This role focuses on delivering planning excellence initiatives for assigned business units, ensuring adoption of best practices, tools, and processes that improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency. The Manager, Planning Excellence will be working on the Global Supply Chain Delivery Team acting as the strategic project manager for capability deployment, partnering closely with Process Excellence, Segment Planning Leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with global standards while meeting local business needs.
