This position is responsible for supporting Wholesale teams involved in product management and development, as well as device certification SIM management Support. As Manager for this Product Marketing team, you will interact daily with the Wholesale MVNO customers, internal cross function teams and Device Manufactures to ensure organization initiatives, actions and resources are aligned to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Two or more years of device requirements, certification process and SIM related experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Jira and Google’s G Suite.
  • Experience analyzing data and making appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations which shape business strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the device portfolio in accordance to Device Manufactures and MVNO’s goals.
  • Partnering with cross channel functional groups to execute on deliverables correlating to business priorities, identifying risks, providing status updates, and Technical Approvals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and recommendations forward.
  • Supporting Device Certification with Verizon device community and Device Manufactures assisting with Wholesale Device Certification requests.
  • Supporting creating and maintaining Wholesale SIM profiles and stay in alignment with Verizon SIM community to support new Product and Service launches.
  • Partnering with valued stakeholders for the eSIM evolution to keep Wholesale aligned with the eSIM strategies and business goals.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory and compliance.
  • Buildinging necessary internal relationships and communication networks among the Network, Device and IT teams.
  • Serving as Wholesale SME to address legal and contractual questions.
