Be a key member of the Truck Product Line Performance team and own critical projects and workstreams that shape the future of North American Truck portfolio. You will tackle our most complex business problems—from near-term profit improvement to long term portfolio strategy—and transform insights into clear, actionable recommendations that set the direction for where F-150, Ranger, and Maverick will play and how they win.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years experience in strategy, finance, consulting, product planning or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct quantitative analysis, and develop data-driven insights using a hypothesis-led approach and communicate results with senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations, build trust and drive outcomes in cross-functional teams through logical reasoning and compelling storytelling.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a passion for going deep into diverse data sets and scenario-based financial models to find actionable insights.

  • Automotive industry and/or Product Management experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis

  • Delivers results consistently even under tough circumstances and has the aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
  • Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization

  • Proven ability to deliver clear and persuasive recommendations to senior leadership through written narratives, verbal briefings, and presentation decks.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Product Line Performance workstream initiatives and drive rapid progress to identify and deliver profit improvement actions
  • Apply customer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends to identify opportunities to improve existing or to create new products and experiences
  • Lead effective Strategy development to bolster existing truck portfolio and identify new whitespace opportunities
  • Identify and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, coordinating with other GM pillars and specialized Ford skill teams such as Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and PD
  • Distill data, insights, and information into compelling, easy-to-digest presentation materials, and drive discussions with Ford senior leadership
  • Strong planning and execution skills with a focus on delivery
  • Ability to lead a diverse multi-functional team
  • Comfort interacting with and presenting to leaders
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, and ability to construct and drive milestones on whitespace projects
  • High energy self-starter with ability to take ownership and deliver results with minimal direction
