Manager, Product Manager - Rewards The Loyalty Platform powers our customer loyalty ecosystem, governing the end-to-end lifecycle of how cardholders earn and redeem rewards. We sit at the intersection of high-scale transaction processing and complex benefit configuration. In a highly regulated environment, our platform ensures that every point earned is accurate and every redemption executed is seamless. We are looking for a strong product manager who is passionate about driving customer value via an industry-leading loyalty program. This person will help execute our Loyalty platform strategy, acting as the bridge between customer needs and platform innovation, ensuring we stay focused on what matters most to our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate for this role has a mix of product and development experiences. Familiarity with cloud computing, working in white space, and experience balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution is desired. Exposure working with a loyalty platform is a strong bonus.
