POSITION OVERVIEW The Manager, Shared Services Accounting, serves a critical role in managing, overseeing, and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions for Cheniere Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries (individually and collectively, the “Company”). Primary responsibilities include directing, coordinating, and monitoring the preparation of the shared services accounting monthly close; performing month-end closing processes; preparing financial analysis; researching historical balances; and coordinating cash receipt applications and payment issuance support. This role will closely interact with several corporate departments. Responsibilities include accounting for fixed assets, managing Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL), handling accruals and accounts receivable, and ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
