The Role: To provide a friendly and positive service to all guests, supervise all slot technicians, and evaluate all slot machines performance.

Responsibilities

Maintains a good working relationship with Louisiana State Police.
Plans and implements machine moves and conversions.
Maintains an effective parts inventory program.
Evaluates Technical staff and takes corrective action if necessary.
Enforces company and Louisiana State Police policies and procedures.
Maintains a good working relationship with Shift Manager, and Director and other departments.
Settles guest disputes when necessary.
Protects company assets.
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise Slot Techs.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
