About The Position

The Manager, Technical Training Delivery is specifically responsible for Equipment & Technical Training in North America on all Fountain Machine platforms including Freestyle and Legacy. Instruction will be delivered on new and existing platforms to a regionally assigned grouping of Service Providers. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering training in group settings virtually or in-person as well as working closely with Service Operation and Service Provider leadership to analyze performance metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend learning experiences to address those gaps. Additional responsibilities include technical expertise and advising on equipment with non-technical associates. This role requires up to 75% travel to conduct in-person workshops in addition to virtual class delivery from the Atlanta office. What You’ll Do for Us Provide support, mentorship, training, and guidance to individual service technicians as well as in a group setting. Build a positive learning and working relationship with service technicians. Serve as technical expert on all Coca-Cola dispenser equipment. Deliver virtual and in-person learning experiences using the latest technologies and adult learning methodologies. Employ effective coaching methodologies to analyze and diagnose performance gaps and prescribe a learning plan to address defined gaps. Conduct technical ride alongs with service technicians to gain insight into trends related to technical issues, consistent performance gaps, and opportunities to enhance existing learning experiences. Partner and collaborate with senior business leaders to understand and impact various performance metrics related to service technician performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct technical experience with beverage dispensing equipment or demonstrated technical expertise in similar areas.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in individual and group coaching and facilitation in-person and in a virtual setting.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and performance improvement plan or learning plan development.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
