The Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and HR information systems strategies that align with the organization's workforce objectives. This role is responsible for processing beginning to end payroll in ADP, garnishments, monitoring timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with HSA and 401k. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role monitors the carrier feeds, file transmissions, and benefits vendor administration. The role also involves managing the ADP platform to optimize data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user experience across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to analyze market trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization's total rewards and HR technology infrastructure effectively attract, retain, develop and deploy talent while supporting operational efficiency.
