We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Position Summary: CVS Health is executing a multi-year finance transformation spanning core systems (e.g., ERP), tools (e.g., AI/automation), and processes (e.g., enterprise planning). As a Training and Capability Lead Manager, you will be a member of the Finance Optimization Readiness & Enablement team, which prepares leader and colleagues to adopt changes. In this role, you will lead and deliver training solutions that support end-to-end change management activities for select Finance transformation projects while also maturing our approach to training needs analyses, curriculum design, and learning delivery. Reporting to the Lead Director, Readiness & Enablement (Enterprise Finance), you will accomplish this by: Designing and delivering practical training strategies and learning journeys that support adoption of business, technology, and process changes, including defining learning objectives, sequencing content, and selecting delivery methods (e.g., instructor‑led, virtual, e‑learning, job aids). Creating targeted, role‑based training material, including slide decks, facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and simulations, using tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, or SAP Enable Now; coordinate training delivery and ensure alignment with change and communication plans. Conducting training needs analyses by reviewing change impacts, process documentation, and technical designs, and by partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to identify skill gaps, audience needs, and readiness requirements. Managing and tracking training delivery and adoption using learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors LMS, Workday Learning), and measure effectiveness through attendance, assessments, surveys, and post‑training performance indicators; refine content and delivery based on data and feedback. Continuously innovating and experimenting with new ways of delivering training, leveraging AI‑enabled tools (e.g., generative AI for content creation, simulations, and assessments; digital adoption platforms (DAPs) such as WalkMe; and personalized learning experiences) to improve speed, relevance, and learner engagement. In this role, your success will be determined by your deep understanding of training methodologies for large-scale technology changes (e.g., ERP, AI/Automation), as well as demonstrated competence, maturity, and a strong collaborative work style to quickly identify the learning implications of the changes. Also contributing to your success will be your ability to identify what different audiences need to know and do differently, translating complex technical changes and detailed process flows into role‑based learning content that builds understanding, confidence, and adoption of new ways of working.
