About The Position

Leads, manages, and supervises the day-to-day operations of transportation’s
school bus route operations. Leads the planning, development, implementation,
and evaluation of the transportation operations program in compliance with
federal, state, and local regulations and consistent with Baltimore County
Public Schools (BCPS) Policies and Superintendent Rules. Assists with fiscal
issues related to operations, strategic planning and the safe, efficient, and
effective utilization of resources with a focus on continuous improvement. Leads
and manages the effective communication to stakeholders. Responsible for overall
team and individual team member performance relative to the implementation of
school bus routes and operations.
