The Manager of User Experience leads the design strategy for Realm-X, our suite of AI agents and AI experiences. You will lead a dedicated team in evolving the software paradigm—moving from traditional tools to collaborative AI-first experiences that accelerate customer workflows. Reporting to the Director of Platform UX, you will ensure our AI products are trustworthy, predictable, and deliver high-velocity momentum.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of designing for AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models and autonomous agents.
  • Expertise in leading teams through high-complexity problems via structured discovery and iterative prototyping.
  • Proven ability to translate complex design rationale into business impact to secure cross-functional buy-in.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and evaluate trade-offs between quality, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Must have 6+ years in UX/Product Design, with at least 2 years in a dedicated people management role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent systems.
  • Work samples demonstrating complex problem-solving in enterprise software, platform design, or AI products.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute the long-term roadmap for our AI agent product line.
  • Evolve our AI components to ensure best-in-class experiences for customers.
  • Act as a high-visibility advocate for the design team, solving complex challenges in the emerging field of agent-based UX.
  • Coach designers and remove blockers to ensure the team delivers measurable outcomes connected to business goals.
  • Establish design standards and lead the implementation of evaluation frameworks (Evals) to optimize agent accuracy and interaction quality.
  • Ensure the team addresses bias in AI representation and maintains high standards for inclusive, transparent experiences.
