Amber Boyd Law, LLC is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Managing Attorney to lead our litigation team and oversee the successful execution of employment law cases from intake through resolution. This role combines legal leadership, case strategy, and team management to ensure clients receive exceptional advocacy and results. The Managing Attorney will supervise attorneys and legal staff, drive litigation strategy, maintain high standards of legal work, and help scale a growing employment law practice dedicated to empowering employees and holding employers accountable. This role reports directly to the Founder and Principal Attorney and plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s mission to help employees reclaim their rights and achieve justice in the workplace.
