About The Position

We are seeking a Managing Director, Technology Strategy & Transformation to lead and grow our presence within the heart of the Puget Sound technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior leader who understands the nuances of technology-enabled business transformation, especially within organizations influenced by cloud, AI, digital platforms, and enterprise software. You will be responsible for shaping strategic direction, driving revenue growth, delivering high-impact client outcomes, and strengthening Sia’s reputation with C-suite leaders in the technology sector. Why Seattle Matters Seattle is a leading global technology hub driven by world-class innovation, a deep bench of technical talent, and the presence of major enterprise and cloud players (including Microsoft and Amazon) alongside a thriving startup ecosystem. The region has the second-largest tech workforce in the U.S. and one of the strongest clusters of AI-specialized talent nationally. This creates a unique opportunity for transformational consulting that aligns technology strategy with business outcomes — and a competitive market for leaders who can engage and grow relationships within this unique landscape.

  • Local Network: Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Seattle area with an established local professional network and credibility with Pacific Northwest technology clients.
