Beyond technical execution, you will embed Lean principles and our continuous improvement culture from day one—coaching and developing team members while building operational capability that lasts. This role is ideal for a manufacturing engineer who thrives in startup environments, embraces ownership, and is motivated by expanding leadership impact.
