About The Position

Based at our Brenham, TX facility, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing processes, driving quality improvements, and implementing innovative solutions to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Partner with operations teams to proactively investigate, contain, and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with established standards and minimizing production disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying advanced statistical techniques to analyze processes and implement product enhancements that optimize efficiency and reduce variability. Troubleshoot and stabilize manufacturing processes that are out of control, leveraging root cause analysis and corrective measures to restore operational integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers/Drafters to define tooling and fixturing requirements, and lead projects focused on tooling optimization and innovation. Work closely with Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Design Engineering to evaluate and disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence. Lead and execute small to medium-scale capital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and timeline requirements. Apply deep expertise in manufacturing processes within your area of responsibility to influence decision-making, enhance production capabilities, and support organizational growth. You take initiative to learn, ask questions, and apply sound engineering practices to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements
