The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support operational improvements in CHG’s bakery facilities, focusing on enhancing equipment performance, developing standardized processes, and driving cost-saving initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and project management, contributing to increased efficiency and organizational growth. Centerline development involves standardizing key equipment settings and processes to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime. This intern will be an active participant in the C.H. Guenther Internship Program cohort, receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. C.H. Guenther is dedicated to delivering an enriching internship experience that goes beyond hands-on work to support long-term professional growth. The intern program will run from June 8 to August 14, 2026.
