This newly created role is a unique opportunity to help design and role out the TWI method in training to develop the employees at the site. As the leader for training excellence at the site, you’ll not only create and deliver hands-on, high-impact learning materials—you’ll also coach and develop a team of trainers, elevate the consistency and quality of instruction, and ensure our standards are applied with discipline and clarity. You’ll play a central role in building operator capability, driving standards rigor, and fostering a culture grounded in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
