About The Position

The Marina Attendant at Maumee Bay Lodge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and overall functionality of the marina area. As an individual contributor, the Marina Attendant will work as part of a team to ensure a positive experience for all guests at the marina. Requirements

18 or older
Possess a Valid Driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a customer service preferred
Knowledge of boating and water activities is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of marina facilities
Assist guests with docking their boat
Serve as a point of contact for guests, answering questions and providing information about the marina and the surrounding area
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the marina premises
May perform some groundskeeping duties during slow marina periods
May assist with launching paddle boats/canoes as needed
Other duties as assigned
