Requirements

  • Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, marine, RV, powersports, luxury retail, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong closing skills and relationship-building ability
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of boats and marine equipment preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Reliable and self-driven

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
  • Follow a structured dealership sales process
  • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Deliver a premium buying experience from first contact to delivery
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge of our brands and competitors
  • Keep showroom and inventory clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Work boat shows and promotional events
  • Follow up with sold customers to drive long-term loyalty
  • Attend sales meetings and ongoing training
