Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to recommend parts and upgrades
• Organized and comfortable in a busy dealership environment
• Passion for boating, marine products, or powersports

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or equipment dealerships is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with boat service, maintenance, and repair needs
• Recommend marine parts and accessories
• Write and manage service repair orders
• Provide estimates for parts and labor
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department
• Order parts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
