About The Position

PROCON is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support our growing marketing and business development initiatives. This role plays a key part in telling PROCON’s story—supporting digital marketing campaigns, internal communications, corporate culture, events, core values, and content creation that showcase our work and culture. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, both creative and strategic work, from writing press releases and managing social media to coordinating events and producing marketing collateral. This position collaborates closely with teams across the company to ensure our brand, messaging, and communications reflect PROCON’s commitment to partnership, professionalism, and delivering exceptional buildings for our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal communications and intranet content to support company culture and engagement.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, website updates, and campaign analytics.
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as project profiles, resumes, and promotional collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including scheduling, vendor communication, invitation design, setup, cleanup, and follow-up.
  • Support company culture initiatives through events, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learn programs and trade show participation.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to support marketing campaigns and business development tracking.
  • Assist in developing branded visuals, video content, and promotional materials.
  • Support charitable giving initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support proposals and marketing strategy.
  • Provide additional marketing and communications support as needed.
