Position Summary: The Manager of Marketing and Communications, Detroit, is part of the External Affairs team serving the marketing and communications needs of CHN in Detroit. This position will report to CHN’s Vice President of External Affairs, who is based in Cleveland, and collaborate with the leadership team of DHN in Detroit as well as other CHN lines of business to serve their marketing and communications needs in Detroit with the goal of increasing housing stability and affordable housing opportunities for Detroiters. This role requires a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, has a proven track record managing and directing marketing and communications efforts, and who has significant knowledge of and experience working in the Detroit market. The role will supervise staff and closely collaborate with internal teams, particularly DHN leadership, to enhance all initiatives. The rate of pay for this position is $85,000 – $92,000 per year, commensurate with experience (FLSA Exempt)
