The Marketing & Events Project Director serves as the “air traffic controller” for projects across the Marketing team—supporting BCH ministries and internal stakeholders by turning requests into clear, actionable plans that move work forward on time and on brand. This role owns project intake, scoping, timelines, task assignments, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives. The Project Director also provides executive-level administrative support to the CMO and helps ensure the Marketing team delivers excellent service in alignment with BCH’s mission, values, and Christ-centered culture.
