About The Position

This role is a pivotal position within a fast-growing global marketing organization, responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and with maximum impact. You will partner closely with marketers to define campaign scope, implement scalable processes, and maintain data integrity across multiple channels. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution, driving improvements in campaign tracking, ROI measurement, and workflow optimization. You will leverage tools like Salesforce, and potentially HubSpot and Tableau, to streamline campaign operations and integrate AI-driven insights. This is an opportunity to shape the marketing operations function while enabling teams to execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations supporting mid to large-scale marketing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including paid, offline, and ABM campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining scalable campaign processes.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with HubSpot and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing operational execution with strategic framework development.
  • Experience managing campaigns across a full channel mix and all stages of the buyer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams during campaign planning and kickoffs to define scope and objectives.
  • Implement and enforce campaign hierarchy, taxonomy, and governance standards.
  • Build processes linking campaign spend to measurable ROI and overall marketing performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end creation and execution of omni-channel campaigns.
  • Oversee data integrity and validation processes across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and other systems teams to diagnose and resolve tracking or reporting issues.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate campaign operations through AI and automation.
  • Own reporting processes to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
