About The Position
We are a fast-growing group of companies in the outdoor living, construction, and service industries. Our brands include A Oasis Pools & Outdoor Living along with additional service and specialty divisions. We are looking for a high-performance Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of marketing across multiple brands and help us build a dominant digital presence.
Requirements
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Strong video and content creation skills
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Capture daily jobsite content including construction progress and installations
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Photograph finished projects, team culture, and company milestones
- Document projects from dig to final build
- Manage company platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business)
- Maintain consistent posting schedules across all brands
- Engage with comments, messages, and audience interaction
- Execute lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate marketing across all divisions
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategy
