About The Position

● Build and lead BURLEBO’s marketing department, creating structure, systems, and processes that allow the brand to scale. ● Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. ● Translate the brand vision set by the Head of Brand into measurable marketing initiatives. ● Align marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives. ● Recruit, hire, and manage key marketing roles. ● Lead and mentor team members while building a high-performing, accountable marketing organization. ● Establish clear roles, goals, and performance expectations for the marketing team. ● Work cross-functionally with the Creative Director to ensure marketing initiatives are supported with strong creative execution. ● Oversee the brand’s paid media strategy across digital platforms. ● Manage relationships with external ad agencies and ensure performance aligns with company goals. ● Evaluate and optimize paid media performance through testing, analytics, and strategic iteration. ● Build a data-driven marketing culture that uses analytics to inform decision making. ● Analyze marketing performance across channels including paid media, partnerships, retention marketing, and campaigns. ● Translate marketing data into actionable insights that guide strategy and inform creative direction. ● Report key marketing performance metrics to the Head of Brand and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or brand marketing
  • Experience building or scaling a marketing department
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media strategy, partnerships, and retention marketing
  • Experience working with marketing analytics and performance data to guide strategy
  • Proven leadership ability managing teams and external agencies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align marketing strategy with brand leadership
