About The Position

Bectran is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to bring fresh visual ideas to life and help elevate our brand identity. You will play a key role in designing marketing materials, digital assets, and branding collateral that align with our company’s vision. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong eye for typography, color, and layout design.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media and web design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns and initiatives, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, infographics, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Own brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Assist in creating presentations, sales collateral, and event materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to refine visual storytelling and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to improve creative output.
