About The Position

Join our collaborative design team as a Marketing Design Specialist and help shape the visual voice of CoVantage through dynamic, high‑impact creative. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and marketing professionals to produce digital and print materials that reflect our brand’s mission and values. You’ll support internal teams with creative requests, contribute to ongoing design initiatives, and help maintain consistent, engaging brand visuals across all communication channels. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or a related field and/or a minimum of one-year related work experience
  • Hands-on graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office programs
  • Training and/or experience in applying appropriate design techniques to create attractive, professional marketing pieces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
  • Exhibits above average written and creative communication skills
  • Must be bondable

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials for internal teams, branches, departments, and cross‑functional partners, delivering high‑quality creative across digital, print, and physical formats
  • Develop layout design and visual branding for a variety of mediums, managing pre‑press, printing, production schedules, and vendor communication to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Create and optimize digital assets for the website, mobile app, intranet, email, digital signage, and other platforms, ensuring accessibility, performance, and cohesive user experience
  • Design print-based advertising and branded materials, including logos, sponsorship ads, posters, brochures, newsletters, newspapers, and other community‑facing media
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, IT, and UX teams to support creative strategy, enhance user engagement, and execute member‑facing designs for web, email, and in‑session advertising
  • Support marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including design, copywriting, research, quote collection for external projects, and staying informed on emerging marketing technologies
