The Marketing Intelligence Lead Analyst is responsible for conducting high-priority market research projects that directly affect the UPMC brand, product, and member experience strategies. The Marketing Intelligence Lead Analyst must be able to multi-task, work well with business stakeholders across the UPMC organization and maintain relationships with external vendors. The lead analyst will be responsible for assessing the research needs of stakeholders in both the Health System and Insurance Services Divisions of UPMC and recommending appropriate research methodologies. Additionally, the Lead Analyst will work to continually improve current research processes. The Lead Analyst is an individual contributor that leads high priority research projects with little oversight. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours.
