About The Position

Intelligence Analyst- Lead Opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join an IT Operations Program for a federal government customer. As a Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst, you will directly contribute to the program efforts in support of the team. We are seeking an experienced Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst to join a mission-critical IT operations program supporting a federal government customer. In this role, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by delivering actionable intelligence that supports CBP goals. As part of an agile team, you will: Conduct intelligence analysis and produce high-quality analytic products Identify intelligence gaps and recommend solutions Collaborate with internal and external partners to share insights Prepare and deliver briefings to diverse audiences Apply a range of analytic tools and methodologies to develop intelligence products Your work will directly contribute to national security and enhance CBP’s ability to anticipate and counter emerging threats. Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience intelligence analysis.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for large complex programs.
  • Proven ability to lead analytic teams, manage production workflows, and ensure product quality and timeliness.
  • Must be a US citizen able to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance and successfully pass CBP Background Investigation (BI) and attain EOD to start work.
  • TS/SCI with Poly preferrred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in intelligence analysis or a related analytic/research role.
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics, database management, or cybersecurity are desirable.
  • Previous CBP OIT support experience and mission/ environment understanding is highly desired (preference to people with active CBP BI and a CBP badge).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and visualize networks using data from internal and external sources to enhance understanding of transnational criminal organizations.
  • Research and analyze actors, activities, or networks associated with threat categories.
  • Analyze trade, travel, criminal activity, and financial transactions to pinpoint actors or networks that represent threats to U.S. trade, travel, or national security.
  • Collaborate with IC partners and stakeholders to gather critical requirements and access classified information for analysis
  • Use Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOT), Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COT), or custom analytic tools to create, edit, and share network models.
  • Perform data extraction from structured and unstructured data sources using SQL or non-SQL methodologies.
  • Produce daily and ad-hoc intelligence products including reports, data extractions, and visualizations to meet operational intelligence needs.
  • Assist with testing and demonstrating visualization tools using real-world and simulated production data.
  • Leverages effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines, to multi-task, to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments and pay close attention to detail.
  • Attends customer meetings and serves as a client liaison.
